Electra Golf Association, Inc.
Membership Application

The Electra Golf Association, Inc. operates Crooked Creek Golf Course for the City of Electra. Membership in the Association includes unlimited play at the course as well as one discounted rental of the Banquet Hall at $100. All memberships are ANNUAL and due April 1st. Monthly payments are for convienance and only allowed if proper authorization for withdrawal is given in advance for the full amount. Tournament fees are not included. Banquet Hall rental rate is $200 for members and $300 for non-members, both requiring a $150 deposit. Consecutive days are 1/2 rate.

Family memberships are limited to immediate family only and include spouses and children under 18. Children ages 13-15 included on family membership may operate private carts without parents present.

I agree to abide by the rules and regulations established by the Electra Golf Association, Inc. for Crooked Creek Golf Course. I understand that I am responsible for insuring that all family members listed above also abide by the established rules. I understand that all dues are due annally and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. If I choose to pay monthly. it is for my convenience. I agree to pay the entire membership fee, regardless of the date that I become a member
